Benicassim Villas

by admin on 2010/08/21

Similar to renting an apartment in Benicassim, renting a villa can be a great move and has a number of advantages over stopping at one of the campsites such as Villacamp or Benicamp.

The main advantage is to do with the extreme heat than Benicassim usually experiences. It can regularly get to 35 degrees plus in the middle of July. So being able to get away from the heat and into the air conditioning of a private villa can be a huge advantage!

There are quite a few options for villas in Benicassim and you can find these via a holiday villa rentals website such Holidaylettings.co.uk where you can contact the owners of the holiday villas directly which cuts out the middle man.

If you are going to rent a villa in Benicassim then there are a few things to bear in mind -

  • Don’t hand over any money to the owner of the villa until you have at least spoken to them on the phone
  • Ask for references and recommendations and make sure they’re genuine
  • Don’t pay all the money up front, most owners will ask for a holding deposit and the rest of the cash closer to the booking date

If you can bear these in mind then renting a villa in Benicassim should be nice and straight forward using someone like Holidaylettings.co.uk.

Hi Phil,

I’ve added some more information and links above, but you can use someone like Holiday Lettings to find villas in Benicassim. Hope that helps.
